Orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 4.30pm. Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday only. Any orders placed after 4.30pm Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. All orders are fully insured by UPS or ourselves (Please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).

Returns & Replacements
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.
The item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Please ensure they have not had their bracelets adjusted and we will check the item for micro scratches on return to confirm this. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras. We will only cover the cost of returning an item if there has been an error on our part, or the item is faulty.How to return an item to us

When returning items to us, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods by a secure, traceable method. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.Refunds
When we receive your item, our returns department will check the item is in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We will process your refund as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to advise when your refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow 7 days for the money to reach your account.Faulty Items
