IMPORTANT NOTICE

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 4.30pm. Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday only. Any orders placed after 4.30pm Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. All orders are fully insured by UPS or ourselves (please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days do not hesitate to contact us on ukcustomerservice@movadogroup.com.

PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY SHIP TO UK ADDRESSES. WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

All refunds will be made back to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US

If you wish to return an item to us please email us at ukcustomerservice@movadogroup.com We will provide you with a free returns label for you to make the return and provide you with full instructions. Please do not send an item back to us without email us first and receiving confirmation to proceed.

The item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Please ensure they have not had their bracelets adjusted and we will check the item for micro scratches on return to confirm this. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras. Failure to comply may result in a reduce or no refund.

REFUNDS

When we receive your item, our returns department will check the item is in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We will process your refund as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to advise when your refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow 7 working days for the money to reach your account.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above within 30 days of your purchase receipt.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

If you wish to exchange for another item, please return your undesired item for a refund and order a new one.
